With over 18 years of design experience in California, Florida, Colorado and Baja California, husband and wife duo Jodie and Steve united their creative and business talents to found Scout & co in 2016. Using Jodie’s creative design expertise and Steve’s business acumen, Jodie and Steve use their complementary skills and experience to scout out highly sought after properties for luxury building and renovation projects. Their experienced team then develops an efficient build process by creating a cohesive design, selecting a local builder and architect, fine tuning intricate design elements, and formulating unique floor plans to reflect each client's way of life. Additionally, Scout & Co offers full design service using their esteemed understated California elegance aesthetic to support clients unique personal sensibilities and lifestyle.
